Classes
Whatever your skill level is, Oklahoma Gold can provide just the right class for all your recreational cheerleading needs.

Recreational Cheer Classes:
The Oklahoma Gold recreational cheer classes dedicate their time to learning basic, to intermediate level, techniques required for cheerleading. The goal of the class is to spend 50% of the time on jumps, tumbling and motions, and the other 50% learning cheers, chants, 8 counts to various dances.

Levels:

Classes are divided by skill level to insure safety for everyone. Beginner classes are the basic entry level. Intermediate are slightly more advanced classes, and will expect the girls to know some of the basics of cheer. Each class follows a series of lesson plans created for the proper progressions of the required skills. Each student receives individual attention in a class setting with a student/teacher ratio of 6 to 1.

What to wear:
Students are asked to wear proper sports attire: shorts with out pockets or belt loops, a shirt that can be tucked in. Please make sure all hair is pulled back out of the face and up off the neck. Jewelry is not allowed in the gym.

Our Classes are 55 minutes in length. 10% DISCOUNT on siblings or multiple classes. A minimum of $50 (deposit) per child/per class is required at the same time of enrollment. PAYMENT IN FULL is due your first day of class. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express credit card payments over the phone. Due to enrollment, Oklahoma Gold does not allow make-up classes during the school year sessions (sessions I, II ,III & IV). We reserve the right to alter the class schedule depending on enrollment. Classes are scheduled one day a week. You commit to your reserved day and time for the session. Please read through our Gym Policies.
